A controlled integration layer for medical imaging

Platform overview

Dicomora receives, processes and routes imaging studies through a configured middleware layer. It is designed to fit existing clinical workflows and connect to the systems an organisation already operates.

Secure connectivity

Imaging equipment communicates locally with the Dicomora Gateway. Approved workflows then use controlled encrypted connectivity to reach configured EPR, ERP, patient portal, PACS, repository or clinical application endpoints.

Workflow routing

Routing rules are defined for the agreed implementation: how a study is registered, where it is sent, which application may request it and what operational evidence is retained.

Integration model

Discovery begins with the actual modalities, existing applications, network boundaries and operational needs. Interfaces are confirmed before delivery; Dicomora does not assume universal equipment or vendor compatibility.

Operational monitoring

Central monitoring and alerting provide visibility of gateway and workflow health, supporting timely investigation without placing medical equipment on public networks.

Vendor independence

A middleware layer reduces dependency on a single equipment vendor and helps reuse existing technology where the required DICOM workflows are supported.

From one site to many

The same controlled gateway pattern can begin at one clinic and be repeated across multiple locations with consistent integration standards and central oversight.
