Privacy Policy
How the Dicomora website is designed to handle contact enquiries, consent choices and optional analytics.
Who is responsible for your information
The controller for personal information collected through this website is Andy Collins, 29 Wood Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire, CV37 6JG. Privacy enquiries and rights requests can be sent to [email protected].
Who this policy concerns
This policy applies to visitors using dicomora.com. Dicomora is developed by 3CompLabs and forms part of the 3CompMed healthcare technology portfolio.
Information you choose to provide
The contact form asks for a name, work email, organisation, optional telephone number, enquiry type and message. Do not submit patient details, clinical information or medical images.
Contact-form processing
Enquiry information is used only to respond to your request, assess integration requirements and manage the related business conversation. Processing is necessary to take steps at your request before a possible contract and for the legitimate interest of responding to genuine business and technical enquiries.
When online delivery is enabled, the website sends completed enquiries through a restricted Cloudflare Worker and email service to [email protected]. The resulting message is stored in the Dicomora Google Workspace mailbox. Cloudflare and Google act as service providers for this processing.
Automated abuse protection
Cloudflare Turnstile processes limited browser, device, network and interaction signals when the contact page is used. This is necessary to protect the public form and mailbox from automated abuse. Turnstile tokens are checked by the server and are not stored in the enquiry email.
How long enquiries are kept
Contact enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after the last interaction. Information may be kept longer where it becomes part of an active contract, is needed to establish or defend a legal claim, or must be retained to meet a legal obligation. Information that is no longer needed will be deleted.
Data minimisation
Only the fields needed to understand and respond to a business enquiry are requested. Contact-form field values are never sent to analytics.
Google Analytics 4
GA4 will load only when a valid measurement identifier is configured and you grant analytics consent. Privacy-safe events may record page interaction and completed contact conversion, but never names, emails, telephone numbers, organisations, message content, patient data or form values.
Microsoft Clarity
Clarity will load only when a valid project identifier is configured and you grant analytics consent. Its consent state is updated through the current ConsentV2 interface.
Your consent choices
You can accept analytics, reject non-essential storage, change your preferences or withdraw consent using the persistent Cookie preferences link in the footer.
Your data-protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to, correction of, deletion of or restriction of your personal information, or object to its processing. Send requests to [email protected]. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
